How to set up AlphaESS monitoring for end-user

If you've recently installed an AlphaESS energy storage system, setting up your AlphaESS Monitoring App is essential to effectively track your system's performance and energy use. The following steps will guide you to get your monitoring system up and running in no time:

Step 1: Download the AlphaESS Monitoring App

Download the MyAlphaESS app, available on both iOS App Store and Google Play.

Step 2: Create an Account

When you first open the app:

• Tap “Register” to create your account and select End user registration option.

  

• Enter your email address and choose a secure password.

  

• After registering, fill the required information below, especially 'Country' and battery installation date, then click submit

  

• 

  Confirm your registration by clicking 'OK'. After this step, your account should be successfully created.
