Great news for NSW residents looking to go green and save money on their electricity bills! The NSW Government is launching a new program offering significant financial incentives for installing home battery storage systems.

If you already have solar panels, you can receive between $1,600 and $2,400 off the upfront cost of a battery, depending on its size. There's also a bonus of $250 to $400 for connecting your battery to a Virtual Power Plant (VPP). This VPP connection incentive can even be claimed twice, with a minimum of three years between claims!
Thinking about going solar? No problem! The incentive can be included in quotes for new solar panel and battery system installations.
