The GoodWe GW7K-HCA-20 brings dedicated 7 kW EV charging to homes with a single-phase electricity supply. Its Type 2 connection supports compatible electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids, while the attached charging cable makes everyday connection straightforward. Designed for home charging, it provides a practical way to recharge your vehicle where you normally park, with actual charging speed determined by the vehicle and available electrical capacity.

As part of GoodWe’s HCA G2 range, the charger can integrate with a compatible solar inverter and battery system. This allows charging to use available solar generation or draw power from the grid when required. The SEMS+ app brings monitoring and scheduling together, helping you plan charging around your driving routine and household energy use. Supported modes include PV Priority, PV + Battery, Fast Charging and Scheduled Charging.

The charger offers app, RFID and automatic start options, giving you flexibility over how charging begins. Dynamic load control uses the appropriate inverter and smart-meter connection to manage charging alongside household demand. Wall mounting or an optional floor stand accommodates different parking layouts, while the IP66 charger enclosure supports indoor and outdoor installation.
